The Chariot
This drink was designed with the help of our Summer 2020 Cocktail Winner, Catherine. She selected a great, smoky mezcal as the base, which I used to design "The Chariot". I define this as more of a Tiki-Style Cocktail because of its lime and orange citrus flavors, heated up by my Signature Honey Habanero Simple Syrup which I rounded out with coconut liqueur. We were very happy with how well it was received. The week of its creation it was requested with every single order that went out the week it was announced.
